Plain version: we collect what we need to sell you phone service and support it, and we do not sell it to anybody.
When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the name, company, email address, phone number and details you give us about your current phone setup. If you become a customer, we hold billing information, service records, and the technical configuration of your system.
Our website does not use advertising trackers. If analytics are in use, they are used to understand which pages people read, not to identify individuals.
As your phone service provider we necessarily handle call detail records: numbers dialed, time, duration and direction. This is required to route calls, bill accurately, and meet regulatory obligations. If your service includes call recording, those recordings belong to you, are stored on our systems, and are accessible through your customer portal.
Federal rules govern how telephone providers may use information about your service. We use it to provide and support your service, to bill you, and to respond to lawful requests. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.
If your practice handles protected health information and your service includes voicemail, voicemail-to-email, call recording or transcription, we will sign a Business Associate Agreement with you. Ask us for one.
Carriers and upstream network providers, as required to originate and terminate your calls. Emergency services, when a 911 call is placed. Law enforcement, only when legally compelled. That is the entire list.
Billing and call records are kept as long as required by regulation and for a reasonable period after. Recordings are kept for the retention period your service is configured for. Contact form submissions are kept until they are no longer useful.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything not legally required. Email info@opsvoice.com or call us.
If this policy changes materially, we will note it here with the date. Last updated August 2026.
